Agricultural advisory is a relatively new notion in recent history of Ukraine. For the first time it's appeared in 1995 in Lviv Region as a result of agrarian reform realization. At present time in every Regions and Autonomus Republic of Crimea are agricultural advisory services. In 2004 Supreme Soviet of Ukraine adopted Law of Ukraine "On Agricultural Advisory Activity". The main task of which are assisting to agricultural commodity producers to increase level of knowledge and practical skills of profitable management in market conditions, raising to European level life standards of rural population, improve possibilities of rural communities and solving of local problems, support in social development of rural areas.

CREDITING MODEL WHICH HAS INFLUENCE ON ALL RURAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
In ten years Credit Union “Gromada” became to be strong financial institution. There are 3 185 members, 4,2 mln. actives, 5 years engage in rural crediting. Ten representative offices work in 70 villages in Kherson Region. During 5 years they gave more than 3500 credits on 13 mln. UAH amount, average credit consist 3 700 UAH. Credit Union “Gromada” in ten years found its own way of development. This way was not always full of success but trials which were on their way rouse immunity to economical unexpectedness and taught protect their own interests in any conditions. Success of Credit Union “Gromada” was also thanks to support of its partners. From 2001 till 2004 in Kherson worked “Gromada” main partner – Project of International Finical Corporation on Agrobusiness Development.

CODE OF ADVISOR
Second General Meeting of National Association of Agricultural Advisory Services of Ukraine on December 22, 2004 adopted Advisors Code. On requests of advisors, expert-advisors and advisory services we publish full text of Advisors Code for familiarizing with it subjects of advisory activity and recipients of advisory services. Professional principles of advisors bases on work only in these spheres of activity which corresponds to professional level of advisor according to his grounding, skills and experience. Advisor should provide only truthful information about his qualification level. ON AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY ACTIVITY
Law of Ukraine No. 1807 – IV “On Agricultural Advisory Activity” was adopted by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on June 17, 2004. This Law determinates main legal bases of agricultural advisory activity in Ukraine, regulates relations in this sphere and directed on improvement of life standards of rural population and development of rural areas. The power of this Law spread on relations which appear in the process of advisory activity. REVIVAL OF UKRAINIAN VILLAGE
President of Ukraine proclaimed 2006 – “Year of Village”. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should prepare Complex Program of Village and Agriculture Revival. Program should bases on started Program of Action of Viktor YUSHCHENKO Government in 2000 agrarian reform and Program of President of Ukraine Viktor YUSHCHENKO. “Ten Steps towards People” and foreseen systematic approach to solving of the problems in the field of agriculture, food and development of rural areas. It’s concern first of all to three main directions: producing of agriculture production and food; forming and functioning of agrarian market, development of rural communities and rural areas. BEST AGRICULTURAL PRACTICE
European Union countries provided agricultural practice which is directed reduction of pollution of environment. It has a name Code of Best Agricultural Practice (GAP/BAP) and is plan of action in special fields of agricultural producing which includes list of rules and norms which should be hold for prevention of environmental pollution by agriculture producing. Danube Regional Project UNDP/GEF “Reduction of Pollution Releases through Agricultural Policy Change and Demonstrations by Pilot Projects” has some experience on this issue. Advisory services of Poland and Ukraine
In 2005-2006 Ukrainian advisors were studing experience of the Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Center in Gdansk department in Stare Pole and Agricultural Advisory Center in Brvinov in the frame of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland projects “New chellenges for agricultural advisory services of Poland and Ukraine: experience exchange” and “Activity support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ukraine to develop institutions and legal system that assist the development ecological agriculture based on the experience of agricultural advisory services of Poland” which have being fulfilled by the National Association of the agricultural advisory services of Ukraine. To Europe throught Poland
Teachers and scientists, agents of local authorities and government, farm owners, owners of agricultural enterprise, members of private enterprises, and agrarian tourism houses, along with advisors have been studying Polish experience of agricultural advisory service functioning according to Polish programe of cooperation development. Participants of these educational seminars in Gdansk Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Center department in Stare Pole in 2005 - 2006 were more than 325 persons.The role of the Polish advisory services in the agricultural integration of this country with the European Union is especially instructive for Ukraine.
